Watch this news story, but mute the volume on your computer. Were you able to tell what the story was about without the audio? List 2 camera shots you thought were good. Describe how the video helps tell the story.
What i gathered is that the news story is about a school of the blind's marching band. And just how persistent these children are and how willing people are to help them. Helping them in their formations so that they dont bump into one another and things of that sort. The first shot i enoyed was the wide shot. Where the camera covered a lot of ground and i was able to see the entire marching band from above. The second was a very short shot, but it was the footage of the bo playing the tuba and they filmed it below him.

i liked this story because it tells a story of its own. it shows that with a little determination and the right leader things can come true.
Yes i was able to tell what the video was about without the audio. The video is about a blind marching band. It showed individuals helping the band members march without messing up. I liked the shot when the camera was on the field and the band was marching towards the camera. Another shot i liked was when the camera was about the stands and shows the marching band walking in their formation.

yes a little bit, i could tell what the story was about with out audio because of the way that he had started with the blind kids walking into school. then they was at marching band practice and people was helping them and that not somehthing you see each day. && also two good angle shoots was when they were practing the camera person was in the stands. & also when they saw the kids walking into the school. The video helps tell the story by showing different important shots
i cant figer it out bc i cant hear it

Like i could tell that they had a band with alot of disablities kids on it and a disablity head man that teach them. But it look like they was a good band. And a good camar shot was when the camar man was in the stand and showing how they band was moving and another one was when the camar man or women went like under the boy thing he was playin and caught the shot of the boy face and the tool he was playin.

Yes, I could understand the story without audio. It's about a blind marching band at a school. I gathered this information by the footage because it showed them walking into the school, and also when they were marching people were helping them move without running into another. I liked the shot where the camera man/women was in front of the band and they were marching toward them. Another shot I enjoyed was a side shot in slow motion showing a women help a child move with the band. I also noticed that during the interviews instead of using just a blank white wall they put instruments behind them, and I thought that was a very creative way to make the interviews more interesting for the viewers.

Yes i was able to understand the story without actually hearing the audio. It was a band of mentally challenged kids playing for their own band. Two camera shots that i enjoyed was the one fom the top of the bleechers showing the band march in the formation of a W and that other one was from the medium shot of the specially challenged kids practicing their formations on the field.

Yes i was able to understand the story without hearing the audio. I believe the video was about blind children who play in a marching band for their school. Two camera shots that I thought were very good for example was a camera shot from high up, showing the players in the marching band rehearse & a zoom in shot of the crowd cheering. Aside from that, I thought the video was very touching and actually brought a smile to my face. I find the video highly inspiring, no matter how many people may say you're incapable to do anything you set your mind to with an illness or not, you can do anything even with a little help from others.
Yes, i was able to understand what the video was mainly about. Im pretty sure it's about these kids who are in a marching band that are blind. One of the shots i liked was when you could see the ground, but also the marching band at the same time. Another one i liked was when the marching band was coming toward the camera.

Good Camera shots:
1. When the girl was playing the drums and the camera shot was right there mext to the drum.
2. When the camera was on the field and the band was matching.
Yes, I was able to understand the video without the sound.
i could kinda tell what this story was about without the audio. I think the story was about a blind marching band because their were adults leading the way for the students. I think the shots of when they were marching was good also when they did a close up with a tilt facing up of a student playing the trumpet
I could somewhat tell that the story was about a blind marching band. I could that it was about a blind marching band, because when they were marching, they had people lead them away. Another reason that I could tell, because at the very begin gin, they were in a school hallway, and carrying the sticks that blind people have. One camera shot that was good was when they were marching during the game, the camera was kind of like it was on the ground. Another good shot, was when the camera was panning to the right, when the band was playing(at the very beginning). I also liked the one when it showed a aerial view of the marching band during the game.

Yeahh.I could tell what it was about.Obviosly it was about mentally handicapped kids all in one school in the matching band.Maybe there all blind or maybe they have other problems,I dont really know.Im thinkin when there on the field praticing its there teachers pushing them and helping them. One camera shot i likes was at the beginnin when they showed them using there walkin sticks on the ground.I also like the shot where there showin the trumpet then the person going down. That was pretty clever. The video helps tell the story by showing them practice, and when there uniformed up,With the intruments. So im pretty sure anyone who has any common since would kinda get the picture of what this is about without sound.

Yes, even without sound i still could understand the basics of what it was about. The video is extremly important in filming, two shots that stood out to me was the wide shot of the field and everyone walking in formation, also the shot of the boy playing his instrument that was filmed from below. Interesting shots show creativity and keep people interested as well as help show things about the people or objects in the video. Like how during the interviews they displayed instruments in the back, shows the dedication to their music. Also the shot of them lacing up and getting ready shows importance and how they are determined and capable.

I could tell what the video was about with out the audio. I really like the shot that they got of the band marching on to the field, i think the camera was on the ground. I also really liked when they got a shot of the trumpet player from behind it kinda felt like you were marching with them. With out video the story wouldn't be as interesting and you wouldn't believe that it was actually happening.

1)The camera shot in the beginning with the blinds students walking through the hall, which shows that the story is about students with disabilities.
2)The camera shot from the stands looking down on the field while the band is playing and trying to do their routine, which shows that even though they have disabilities, they don't want it to stop them from doing tasks to their best.
I was able to tell that the story was about a school's blind marching band. One shot i like was the one looking down from the scissor lift onto the band practicing. It showed that they really could play in a marching band. I also liked the shots that were shot on the field during their routine because it helps show the steps of their routine.
Yes I can tell what the video was about it was about blind students that play the band. Two carama shots that I like was at the begin of the video with the blind kids walking down the hall and other one is when the carama was on the ground and looking up at one of the students.

Yes, I could tell what the story was without the audio. It was about students in a school for blind children that are in a marching band. You could really tell how enthusiastic they are about it.
The first camera shot I liked was when the band is marching during half time and the camera seems to be up in the bleachers or in a helicopter, showing the pattern of how they are marching. The other ones I liked were the shots that makes you seem like you are actually rehearsing with them. They walked around with the camera while they were marching.
Usually it would be hard to show that the kids were actually blind, but you can tell in this video by showing the kids using the canes, and they had people behind them during rehearsal to move them to the right spots.

The first time i watched the video without sound I could tell that the interviewee's were blind and I noticed the director guy with the suit was blind too, but when I watched it the second time without sound it gave me a better idea of what the story was about because I saw kids marching with instruments and then the blind kids wearing blue band suits being interviewed, so i put two and two together. The camera shots I liked was the one from way up in the top of the stadium looking down at the marching band(establishing/widescreen shot), and then i also like the camera shot when it was on the ground looking at the marching band.
i think its about a blind marching i didnt get to hear i dont know why that is.I like the shot when they come to the camra it was kinda cool
Charlie carnucci
I think that this video was about either blind musicians or mentally challenged musicians. The reason i keep going back and forth is because they contradicted themselves at times. Like when the band director was moving his hands for the band, also the adults that were leading them through practice. I think i got the basic idea down, proving people wrong and living your dream, but i'm not sure. i liked the camera shot where you could see the entire marching band forming a symbol and the clouds behing the director when he was making his motions. I think seeing the children helps biuld a reality for everyone and a reach for the sky limit.

I think this story was about a blind school and they have a marching band. one good shot was when the camera showed the band on the field and when the band was on the field practicing. The video was pretty easy to figure out.
